Certified annual testing for businesses, commercial properties, short-term or nightly rental properties, and commercial fire suppression systems.
This service includes:
Inspection and certified testing of each device
Completion of the required test report(s)
Submission of reports to appropriate Water District

Annual testing for backflow prevention devices serving a small, self-managed HOA, townhome community, or condominium property.
This service includes:
Inspection and certified testing of each device
Completion of the required test reports
Submission of the reports to the appropriate Water District
You may book up to 10 devices located at the same address or neighboring addresses in one appointment. Please select the correct number of devices so we can reserve enough time.
One invoice will be issued for the entire booking.
For HOAs requiring testing for more than 10 devices, please contact us directly to discuss scheduling and pricing.

Initial inspection and testing of newly installed residential backflow prevention devices, as required for final inspection or issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
This service includes:
Inspection of the device’s installation, location, and orientation
Certified testing to confirm proper operation
Submission of the test report to the Water District
Completion of additional required Building Department paperwork
This appointment is for inspection and testing only.

Cancellation Policy
A $75 missed appointment or same-day cancellation fee may apply if we are unable to complete the scheduled service due to a cancellation, no-show, incorrect address or access code, missing key, obstructed device, or lack of access to the property. Please make sure all devices are accessible before your appointment.
An additional $50–$100 access fee may apply when a device is located in a crawl space, confined area, or other difficult or potentially hazardous location. For safety reasons, the technician reserves the right to postpone or decline service if the testing area is determined to be unsafe or excessively confined.
